Dashboards built from your scattered spreadsheets and tools. CRMs deduped, standardized, and kept clean. Fixed price, delivered in days — with an unconditional 14-day refund.
How is it this fast and this cheap? AI agents do the heavy lifting; a human data engineer scopes every project and QAs every number before it ships. We think that's a strength, so we say it out loud.
Your jobs, invoices, and leads live in three tools that don't talk. We turn their exports into one dashboard that answers the questions you actually ask — and rebuilds itself.
Every package: fixed fee up front · SLA-backed (10% refund per business day late, our fault, capped 50%) · unconditional 14-day refund. Not sure which fits? Get a free 15-minute data audit — a short recorded review of your setup, no call required.
Duplicates, six phone formats, "NY / New York / ny", fields nobody fills. We dedupe, standardize, and enrich inside your own accounts — with a dry-run report before anything changes, and metrics proving what changed.
Data Care — $990/mo: monthly hygiene pass with metrics, dashboard refreshes, 2 small changes/mo, priority turnaround. 3-month minimum, cancel anytime after with 30 days' notice. Subscribe.
We're a new studio, so instead of asking you to trust logos, we built complete demonstration projects on realistic synthetic data — clearly labeled, fully inspectable, code included. Judge the work itself.
1,800 jobs, 1,700 invoices, 1,500 leads across five date formats and 20+ category spellings — unified into a filterable, accessible dashboard for a fictional plumbing company.
Open the live dashboard →Messy contact export in, deduped and standardized list out — with an auto-generated metrics report and the survivorship rules that make merges safe.
See the metrics report →A small automation that watches an invoice folder and drafts the Monday summary — totals, payments, and a named overdue follow-up list.
See a generated draft →Self-serve by default — pick a package and check out. A scope call is optional, not a gate.
Choose a package, pay the fixed fee by card. You'll immediately get a short intake form (10 minutes) — or book an optional 20-minute scope call instead.
Share exports or read-only access. For CRM work you approve the merge rules and see a dry-run report before anything changes.
AI agents do the parsing, cleaning and building. A human data engineer verifies every number against your sources and signs off.
Delivered on the package SLA with a walkthrough. Revision rounds included; 14-day unconditional refund if it's not right.
We use AI agents for the heavy lifting — parsing exports, writing cleaning rules, building charts — and a human data engineer scopes every project and QAs every number before delivery. Agencies charge for the hours; we charge for the outcome. We disclose this openly (it's in every deliverable's footer) because we think it's the honest version of how most of this industry will work soon anyway.
Your data is processed only for your project, inside your own accounts wherever possible, deleted from our working environment 30 days after delivery, and never used for training or resold. We'll sign an NDA on request, and CRM work runs as a dry run first so you approve changes before they happen.
Anything that can export data: spreadsheets and CSVs, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, Jobber, Stripe, and most SaaS tools with an export button or API. Dashboards are delivered as self-contained files or in Looker Studio (free); we can build in your Power BI/Tableau license if you have one.
Then we tell you before we start, not after. If your record count or source count exceeds the package, we quote the difference as a fixed fee and you decide. No surprise invoices, ever — that's the point of productized pricing.
Everything, unconditionally. If within 14 days of delivery you're not happy — any reason — say so and the full fee comes back. We can offer this because our delivery cost is low and our reputation is the whole business.
Because we're new, and we'd rather show you clearly-labeled synthetic projects you can fully inspect — data, code, output — than pretend at client logos. The demos are built with exactly the pipeline you'd get. As real client results accumulate, they'll appear here with permission.
Yes — Data Care ($990/mo) keeps your CRM clean and dashboards fresh with a monthly metrics report, and covers small change requests. Most clients start with a one-off project and add it after.
Modular Enrichment is a Toronto-based data-ops studio run by a software and data engineer with a background in shipping production data systems. The studio model is deliberate: a small human team for judgment, scoping and QA, and AI agents for the volume work — which is how a $890 dashboard can be genuinely good.
We only sell fixed-scope, fixed-fee work. If we can't scope it, we won't sell it.
